General terms and conditions for bookings

1. Acceptance

Any booking implies acceptance of these general conditions. The minimum booking age of the apartments is 18 years old.

2. User

The person making the booking must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
Refundable fee.

The amount will be charged to the bank card provided by the client during the 7 days prior to arrival.

3. Non-refundable fee

100% of the amount will be paid at the time of booking.

4. Booking

Your booking can be made by phone, e-mail or directly online on our website. The booking will be completed when you receive by e-mail the confirmation of the booking with your locator number.

5. Data

All data entered by you is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive to the booking staff and will only be used for the purpose of the booking itself and to communicate future promotions and offers to the customer.

6. Occupants

The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate.

7. Cleanliness

The apartment will be made available to the client in a clean condition. The client undertakes to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition without garbage or food debris.

8. Equipment

The client undertakes to leave the apartment with the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment found at the entrance.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupancy or damages occurring after the date of the booking. These changes will not have any cost to the client.

10. Warranty

The client will leave a security deposit at the entrance. Payment will be made by means of a pre-authorization by credit card for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full upon departure except in the event of any damage to the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris. The cost of restoring the apartment to the condition it was in at check-in will be deducted from the deposit.

11. Cancellation

For cancellations 7 days in advance, 100% will be refunded. For cancellations less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be made.

12. Methods of payment. VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
